The open-plan living area flows into a fully equipped kitchen with both a Nespresso machine and Rancilio espresso machine, lots of kitchen appliances and a pantry stocked with herbs and spices. Relax in the lounge with the Smart TV, stay connected with fast NBN Wi-Fi, and keep cool with quiet ceiling fans in all bedrooms and air-conditioning in the main living area.

 

The double garage offers secure parking and doubles as a laundry and games zone — with ping pong, darts, and plenty of board games for laid-back evenings. It's also equipped with 2 x long board foamies for beginners and 2 x thrusters, 1 x boogie board, 2 x snorkel sets.
