Who’s Staying

​

• The house comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests.

• Please make sure everyone staying is registered before arrival.

• The person who booked must be 21+ and stay for the full stay.

• The booking guest is responsible for the group and any visitors.

Check-In & Check-Out

​

• Check-in: From 3:00 pm. Arrive when it suits after that.

• Check-out: By 10:00 am, so the cleaners can do their thing.

Quiet Hours

​

Emerald Beach is a quiet, residential village.

​

• Quiet hours are 10:00 pm – 7:00 am.

• Please keep noise down in the evenings. Think ocean, frogs and night birds rather than music and shouting.

Dogs Welcome 🐾

We’re dog people too.

​

• One dog is welcome.

• Please keep dogs off beds and lounges

• After beach runs, give them a rinse before heading inside.

• Please clean up after your dog in the yard and around the village.

No Parties or Events

This isn’t a party house.

​

• No parties, events or loud gatherings.

• If you’re looking for a place to celebrate big, this won’t be the right fit. If you’re here to relax, you’re in the right spot.
